HR Operations Officer
Job Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process from headcount availability, job advertisement, short listing candidates, salary negotiations, documents & background check, offer placement, issuance of appointment letter and onboarding.
- Coordinating with stations for hiring requirement and assessment as per headcount.
- Managing and updating real time recruitment tracker sheet for approved and vacant headcount.
- Managing / creating employee personal file and updating records accordingly.
- Creating / Updating employee profile and all employee related changes in HRIS.
- Generating reports for various analysis as per requirement from the management.
