Job Description
- Maintain customer reception area neat and clean and deal customer with happy face.
- Receive Customer faulty unit at care center and issue unit receipt to customer
- Confirm Warranty Card and Cash Invoice from customer for claim process
- Assign job of customer unit to indoor / outdoor technician on daily basis
- Take feedback from indoor / outdoor technician about faulty units and process in software
- In case of parts required for faulty units of customers, make demand and send to HO Parts Dept
- Minimize pending units of customers and dealers with the coordination of HO, Parts Dept and RND
- Audit stock of parts and units at care centers and send to higher management on monthly basis.
- Support and facilitate sales team in resolving customer care matters resulting in sales growth.
